1–8
1st couple set advancing to the middle, lead down into second place, and remains in the middle of the dance. 2nd couple move up on bars 3-4. 1st couple, giving right hand, woman under the man's arm, set. 1st couple, giving right hand, turn three quarters to face first corners.
9–16
1st couple dance a «hello-hello setting» with first corners:
9–10
1st couple set to their first corners, and to the left to finish on opposite sides.
11–12
1st couple set advancing toward each other, pulling back right shoulder to face first corners.
13–16
1st couple, giving right hand to their first corner, turn. 1st couple pass by the right shoulder in the middle to finish facing second corners.
17–24
1st couple dance a «hello-hello setting» with second corners:
17–18
1st couple set to their second corners, and to the left to finish up and down the dance, man facing down, woman facing up.
19–20
1st couple set advancing, pull back right shoulder to face second corners.
21–24
1st couple, giving right hand to their second corner, turn, finishing in second place on opposite sides.
25–32
All dance six hands round and back.
Repeat from new positions, with 1st couple inverted.
Note: To retrieve a standard progression, 1st couple can finish on their own lines on bar 24 before dancing six hands round and back.
